- Violation of Protection Order: Knowingly violating the terms of a criminal or civil protection order.
- Criminal Mischief: Knowingly damaging the real or personal property of one or more persons.
- Child Abuse: Causing injury or permitting a child to be unreasonably placed in a situation that poses a threat to their life or health.
Crimes Against Persons
- Assault: First, second, and third-degree assault, ranging from knowingly causing bodily injury to using a deadly weapon.
- Robbery: Taking anything of value from another person by the use of force, threats, or intimidation.
- Kidnapping: First and second-degree kidnapping, involving the unlawful seizing and carrying away of a person.
- Menacing: Placing or attempting to place another person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury by threat or physical action.
- Stalking: Repeatedly following, contacting, or harassing someone to cause severe emotional distress.
Drug Offenses
- Possession of a Controlled Substance: Unlawful possession of illegal drugs or prescription medication without a prescription.
- Distribution / Manufacture: Selling, dispensing, manufacturing, or possessing a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.
- Prescription Fraud: Obtaining controlled substances through forgery, alteration, or misrepresentation.
Marijuana Offenses
- Unlawful Possession: Including possessing 2 to 6 ounces, more than 6 ounces, or more than 3 ounces of concentrate.
- Underage Possession: Possession under the age of 21.
- Public Display, Consumption, or Use: Smoking, vaping, or consuming marijuana in public places, such as parks, sidewalks, concert venues, bars, restaurants, or common areas of buildings, is prohibited.
- Unlawful Cultivation/Grow: Growing more than 6 plants per person, 12 plants per household, or 7 to 30 plants.
- Unlawful Extraction & Home Processing: It is a drug felony to manufacture marijuana concentrates using flammable or explosive solvents, such as butane, propane, or ether, in a residential or unapproved setting.
- Unlawful Distribution, Sale, or Transfer: Unlicensed sale, distribution, or transfer. Penalties depend on the amounts involved.
Crimes Against Property
- Theft: Unlawfully taking something of value belonging to another, classified by the monetary value of the items taken.
- Burglary: Unlawfully entering or remaining in a building or occupied structure with the intent to commit a crime.
- Criminal Trespass: Entering or remaining on the property of another without authorization.
- Criminal Mischief: Knowingly damaging the real or personal property of one or more persons.
- Arson: Intentionally or recklessly damaging property by means of fire or explosives.
Sex Crimes
- Public Indecency/Indecent Exposure.
- Unlawful Sexual Contact: Intentional sexual contact without consent for the purpose of sexual gratification.
- Sexual Assault: Unlawful sexual penetration or intrusion without consent or through coercion.
- Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
Crimes Against Public Justice & Authority
- Obstruction of Justice: Interfering with law enforcement officers performing their official duties.
- Perjury: Making a materially false statement under oath.
- Resisting Arrest: Intentionally preventing a peace officer from effecting an arrest.
